Discover the individual characteristics of the local Sydney Rock Oyster, the creamy Pacific Oyster and our very own seafood treasure, the Akoya pearl oyster through this guided tasting and shucking demonstration. Includes 2-4 oysters per person. For oyster lovers, oysters by- the-dozen can be purchased on the day or can be preordered, subject to availability.

Cruise the scenic waters of the Hawkesbury River to our saltwater paddocks. Take in the beauty of the Hawkesbury River and discover why this environment is ideal for growing oysters of all varieties and, in turn, how oysters give back to people and place. Your farm skipper shares the farming lifecycle from oyster spawning through to selection for seafood or pearl production.
